Job Description
Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle end-to-end expense audit while controlling Expense Report according to 3DS Travel & Expenses Policy.
- Provide support to employees on expense audit and tool usage.
- Operations may cover other countries within APAC, such as China.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English. Native/Professional Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Fluency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Suitably tertiary qualified in any field, with degree, diploma or other professional certifications. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel is critical.
- Highly self-motivated with a keen & curious mind. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good communication skills.
