Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly stock take and involve in customers’ audit and preparation.
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing shipment and operation issues.
- Plan and coordinate overtime arrangement when necessary.
- Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area are well maintained.
- Assist on inquiries from the customers to support warehouse operations.
- Attending operation meetings with Sales Personnel and Warehouse Manager, follow up and act on customer’s requests.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including conducting daily briefings.
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of warehouse operations by liaising between warehouse and office.
- Update incident and accident to superior as well as assist in the investigation. Provide reports with corrective and preventive action.
- Improve and comply with the safety and health standards in accordance with OSHA and customer requirements. Provide suggestions for risk reductions.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a higher secondary / diploma or equivalent in any field of studies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in 3PL environment is required.
- Well verse in computer especially in Microsoft Excel and warehouse WMS system.
