Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting – accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, and other accounting tasks.
- Monthly account closing and payroll processing.
- Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- To prepare a yearly audit schedule for external auditing purposes.
- In charge of office admin tasks and assist management staff in business administration.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in accounting.
- 2 years and above of working experience in handling full set accounting or partial. Experience in processing payroll for a small team is an advantage.
- Strong technical accounting background & meticulous.
- Familiar with accounting system Autocount is an advantage.
- Possess initiative and organizational skills.
- Possess high integrity and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- 5-day work week.
Company Background:
The company is the main contractor for contracted construction work, material supplies, and services in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
