Job Description
1) Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell properties, emphasizing mortgage opportunities and associated services.
2) Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest property listings, mortgage rates, and market trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
3) Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning techniques to understand their needs, financial situation, and preferences.
4) Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
5) Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets by converting leads into sales and effectively closing deals.
