Job Scope:

• Minimum requirement of Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Retail or relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Confident, friendly, and able to provide excellent customer service.
• A proactive and self-motivated team player with sales target achievement ability.
• Independent, ambitious, and able to work collaboratively.
• Charismatic, diligent, and able to commit as part of the retail team.
• Must have the drive and motivation to grow together with the team.
• Own transportation for traveling and commuting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete daily store operations tasks.
• Experience in the fresh market industry.
• Handle perishable and non-perishable goods with care to avoid damages.
• Maintain employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff.
• Market products by studying promotion, price, display, shelf stock control, and inventory management.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the work environment.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Contribute to the team to achieve results and work collectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
