Job Description
NO experience required, training will be provided
Required to work at office (NO work from home)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm order upon delivery.
- Ensure the shipment process is successfully delivered to the customer.
- Confirmation of orders and promotion of other company products to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluently communicate in basic English/Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
- Flexible to choose any days or hours to work.
Working hours option: Mon – Sat (9am – 1pm / 2pm – 6pm)
