Job Description

NO experience required, training will be provided

Required to work at office (NO work from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm order upon delivery.
  • Ensure the shipment process is successfully delivered to the customer.
  • Confirmation of orders and promotion of other company products to customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluently communicate in basic English/Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
  • Flexible to choose any days or hours to work.

Working hours option: Mon – Sat (9am – 1pm / 2pm – 6pm)
