Job Description
Review and update the Statement of Accounts for creditors on a monthly basis.
Submit a list of outstanding creditor invoices to the Purchase Department.
Record every transaction, whether payment or receipt, in the Cash Book and prepare bank reconciliation statements upon receiving Bank Statements.
Verify and organize invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders from suppliers before processing payments.
Prepare Purchase Reports on a weekly basis.
Provide reports on electricity, water, and telephone usage on a monthly basis.
Enter Payment Vouchers into the FOCUS System every month.
Update supplier payments made through the system.
