Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign key performance goals, and monitor staff performance
- Maintain product delivery/project completion timelines
- Create and implement business growth strategies and procedures
- Manage and monitor the company’s financial health and budget
- Liaise and maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners
- Improve internal processes and work flow for better productivity
- Responsible for the company’s profit and loss
- Ensure compliance with relevant governing rules and regulations
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in budgeting principles and financial procedures
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Driven and committed to business growth
Working days: 5 days a week
Main Office: Setia Alam
