Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and review pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on the procurement process.
- Monitor inventory levels and establish effective inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations related to procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office.
