LTH Group Asia is a Financial Planning Services company. We are currently seeking talented, capable, energetic, and trainable individuals who aspire to improve their standard of living and become successful entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong customer relationships to retain and increase wealth in financial planning services.
2. Identify market segments and initiate contact for data collection.
3. Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
4. Propose recommendations based on the current financial situation to achieve specific goals.
5. Implement recommendations and monitor progress towards financial goals.
6. Identify suitable candidates and set up interviews for the selection process.
7. Train and develop candidates to become capable managers and industry leaders in financial planning services.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Creative with a friendly character.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa & English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in the office and outstation.
