Job Description
Role: Site/Project Supervisor
Company: MAKES SDN BHD
Salary: RM2,00 – RM2,300
Working Day: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Saturday: (8.30am – 12.00pm) alternate
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Analyzing plans to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes.
- To monitor sub-contractor at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning, etc.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
- Checking and approving materials and equipment at point of delivery to site.
- Attending site visits.
Job Requirements:
– Higher Secondary/STPM/’A’ Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
– Experience in the construction industry is required.
– Experience in a leadership role is recommended.
– Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge in mechanical and electrical.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
