Job Description
The Clinical Study Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials within a research organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical research studies, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and review of study protocols and informed consent forms.
- Identifying and recruiting eligible study participants.
- Managing study documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating study logistics, including scheduling appointments and arranging necessary supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Monitoring and reporting adverse events or deviations from protocol.
- Collaborating with research teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in healthcare or life sciences, as well as familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations, is highly desirable.
