Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reply to stockist and mobile stockist inquiries and complaints via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Handle and process orders from stockists through the company website (E-World) and WhatsApp.
- Update product stock on the company website.
- Collect testimony or feedback from Stockist/Mobile Stockist.
- Ensure good practices in daily stockist and mobile stockist operations according to SOPs, processes, and strategies for quality results.
- Prepare sales and stockist and mobile stockist database reports.
- Handle and follow up on stockist and mobile stockist inquiries.
- Liaise with superiors on product launching and sales.
- Inform stockists and mobile stockists of any promotions to encourage purchases and increase sales.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple challenges and tasks concurrently.
- Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Good interpersonal relationships and social skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Having working experience in a sales/customer service position will be an advantage.
