Job Description
We are currently seeking a Manager I for our Group Learning & Talent Development department. This position plays a crucial role in creating and implementing effective learning and development programs within our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Developing a comprehensive talent development strategy to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Collaborating with various departments to create a culture of continuous learning and talent development.
- Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Providing leadership and guidance to a team of learning and development professionals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in instructional design and talent management is a plus.
