Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the Human Resource Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

As an Assistant Human Resource Manager, you will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also support in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR reports.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR.
