Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Operations activities from Pre-construction until Maintenance phase.
- Collecting & documenting operation’s data for all sites in HQ & regional offices.
- Involving in approval of quotation & invoices stage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & updating daily tracker for Operation’s sites progress in HQ & regional offices.
- Updating & summarizing Master list for HQ & regional offices.
- Liaising with finance team, project team & contractors to settle invoices for payment.
- Dealing with Pre-construction team for quotation approval or any related matters.
- Communicating with Quantity Surveyor (QS) for VO estimation and final VO progress.
- Monitoring & updating VO tracker for all sites in HQ & regional offices and ensuring data synchronization with data provided by QS.
- Monitoring progress of maintenance works done by the Maintenance team.
- Assisting Project Director & Senior PMO on any related matters.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Estate Management/Building Surveying or related field or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Project Management Software tools.
- Car license is a must.
