We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR – Junior Executive at HICOM Diecastings Sdn Bhd. As an HR – Junior Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within our company.

Your main tasks will include assisting with recruitment and selection processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and handling employee queries.

Additionally, you will assist in maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels.
