Job Description
Position: Line Leader

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production output according to product specifications and fulfill planned volume.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Performing recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
- Training, coaching, and supervising production line workers.
- Adequate technical knowledge on equipment maintenance, machine setting adjustment, and fine-tuning process parameters.
- Ensure line cleanliness, 5S, overall efficiency, staff attendance, and staff performance.
- Control and manage production line output, quality, safety, and wastage.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Carrying out all other duties or work assigned to you by your superior.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Able to work in rotating shifts and overtime.
