Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To support daily operations of administration, configurations, installations which includes but not limited to computers, printers, CCTV systems, networks;
- To assist in administration of servers systems, network communications, email systems, database systems, backup systems, etc;
- To lead and provide mentoring and training to junior colleagues and help desk team;
- To document training manuals, reports, procedure, specifications, etc;
- To coordinate logistics and setup of hardware equipments to respective outlets;
- Travelling is required to support branches/outlets;
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies in the IT world;
- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly/yearly status on operations processes;
- Troubleshoot and rectify tickets reported by users which includes stand by support during weekends and Public Holidays;
- Any other duties as directed by the management from time to time.
