Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provides basic nursing care to the patients.
- Ensures patient’s personal needs, hygiene, and comfort are met.
- Records accurately patient’s intake and output.
- Reports any abnormalities to the trained nurse.
- Maintains the safety of patients.
Requirements:
- SPM Qualification
- Able to Work Shift Hours
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
