Job Description
Assist in planning, executing, and closing various projects within the construction domain.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and activities to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and project partners.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Summarize complex technical information into easily understandable formats.
- Provide administrative assistance to the COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
