Job Description
Position: Human Resource Executive
Company: Social Bee Sdn Bhd
Salary Range: RM 2,200 – RM 2,500
Working Day: Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm)
Location: Petaling Jaya Selatan
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, hiring, and training.
- Conducting on-boarding program for all new employees.
- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance, and staff attendance.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of related working experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and statutory.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Mature, self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, work credible, and reliable.
- Medical, Miscellaneous allowance, Insurance, etc.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
