Job Description

Maintain tidiness in the warehouse. Keep everything well organized according to specifications.

Support technicians when they need spare parts. Supply them with needed spare parts.

Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles them with purchase orders.

Organize the store so all storage locations are well marked with storage locations and bar codes on each

Give proposals on items to request for re-purchase.

Ensure 5S concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility

Ensure proper and accurate inventory control to record stock in and out transaction

Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department

Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies

Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lot

Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

To audit and record remaining item balance

Stock-in and stock-out item as per requested

To update and investigate missing item
