Job Description
An Ecommerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service experience for online customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support related to products and services offered through an ecommerce platform.
The duties of an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative may include answering customer inquiries via email or chat, assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, providing product information and recommendations, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving billing issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The representative must possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Knowledge of the company’s products and policies is necessary to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
