Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant / Product Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product recommendations and information
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain product displays and stock levels
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of our products and their features
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
