Overview
To manage and track documents received for ACR’s approval and to communicate with all stakeholders on comments from the ACR.Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure that all projects are being executed in a timely manner. Business Support serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Country Airbus Chief Representative (ACR). The Business Support serves as a liaison to the
Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Communicates directly with Board Members and Senior Level
Employees and Human Resource, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducts research and act as a main resource for information as needed by ACR. Support the ACR in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.
2.Support the ACR in the preparation and presentation of reports, Board papers, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.
3. Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure that all projects are being executed in a timely manner.
4. Supports ACR in his/her external commitments related to Board/Management Team including service on external boards, committees and other groups.
5.To manage and track documents received for ACR’s approval and to communicate with all stakeholders on comments from the ACR.
6.Filing and organization of documents throughout the entire approval process.
7. Coordinate meetings and their agendas, compile and distribute meeting notes with clear action items and owners, for example, Finance, Governance & Nominating, and Audit Committee meetings, both on and off site to support the ACR’s agenda. Maintains confidential files and contact information.
8.Track and help drive completion of these key deliverables and follow up on action items/outstanding items.
9. Preparing and editing communications, presentations, and other team and companywide messages.
10. Manage multiple assignments as assigned by the ACR’s office related to diverse lines of business, community and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
11. Track and escalate company KPIs against targets and shortfalls.
12.Manages the confidential information and support needs for various initiatives and special projects.
13. Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct.
