Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300
Working Days:
- Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Saturday (Half-day: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Admin Sales to join our client’s team in Kota Damansara. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and business development.
You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, following up on leads, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company through effective sales strategies.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, target-driven, and eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Engage with potential clients via phone calls and convert leads into sales.
2) Manage, monitor, and track all leads provided to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
3) Provide regular updates to the founder on sales progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
5) Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to improve sales approaches.
6) Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
7) Contribute ideas for improving sales strategies based on market research and customer feedback.
8) Attend face-to-face meetings with clients to present, negotiate, and close deals when required.
Requirements
1) Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
2) Willing to learn and grow in a sales environment.
3) Able to attend client appointments when required.
