We are a design-driven interior design & build studio focusing on thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. Our projects range from residential to commercial, and we believe good design is not just about looks—but how people live and work in the space.
We are growing, and we’re looking for an Interior Designer who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to create meaningful spaces with us.
What You’ll Do
Administrative & Operations
- Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and filing
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and internal reports
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Manage schedules, meetings, and office correspondence
- Support project documentation and progress tracking
Accounting & Finance (Basic to Intermediate)
- Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
- Maintain basic accounting records (AP & AR)
- Assist in monthly accounts closing and reports
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
- Ensure organised financial documentation
Social Media & Brand Support
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and schedule basic content (posts, stories, captions)
- Coordinate with designers to showcase projects and studio activities
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual direction
- Monitor engagement and basic performance insights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
