Job Description
Tanggungjawab :
- Melakukan proses HR secara menyeluruh, termasuk penyelarasan pengambilan pekerja, orientasi kakitangan baharu, penamatan pekerjaan, dan aktiviti keterlibatan pekerja.
- Menyelenggara rekod pekerja dan dokumentasi HR yang tepat dan terkini.
- Membantu dalam pelaksanaan polisi, pemantauan pematuhan, dan sokongan pengurusan prestasi.
- Membantu melaksanakan inisiatif keterlibatan pekerja dan usaha komunikasi dalaman.
- Berperanan sebagai penghubung antara HR dan pekerja, serta menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan HR am.
Keperluan:
- Diploma dalam bidang Pentadbiran, Sumber Manusia, Pengurusan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Minima 2 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan pentadbiran atau HR, sebaiknya dalam persekitaran yang pantas atau syarikat pemula (startup).
- Mahir menggunakan alatan pejabat seperti Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, dan platform HR.
- Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan pelbagai tugasan yang kukuh, serta perhatian terhadap perincian yang tinggi.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang berkesan, serta kebolehan untuk bekerja merentasi jabatan dan budaya.
