Job Description

• Contacting clients over the phone or via email and managing their request
• Organizing and storing files for easily reference
• Keeping inventory of the office’s supplies
• Making copies of documents or sending faxes for other team members
• Organizing records, performing filing, managing calendars, and acting as general point of contact
• Providing general office support and administrative duties, including but not limited to: generating Delivery Order and Invoices, general data entries, summarizing transport documents and etc.
• Assist in operating support activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
