Job Description

We are looking for a confident, energetic Live Host to represent our women & mom personal care and beauty brand through engaging live sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking, connecting with audiences, and converting viewers into buyers—without sounding pushy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions to introduce, demonstrate, and sell women’s and mom-focused personal care and beauty products.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively during live sessions.
• Engage audiences by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating互动 (interactive) moments.
• Follow live scripts, key selling points, and promotional angles provided by the team.
• Encourage conversions through storytelling, education, and trust-building (not hard selling).
• Maintain a positive, professional, and on-brand presence throughout live sessions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on schedules, campaigns, and performance improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong on-camera personality; confident speaking live without fear or awkward pauses.
• Comfortable talking for 1–3 hours per live session.
• Experience as a TikTok Live / Shopee Live host is highly preferred.
• Interest in women’s personal care, mom-related products, skincare, or beauty.
• Able to think on the spot and handle live audience questions.
• Disciplined, punctual, and reliable.

Work Setup:

• Work From Home or Studio-Based (depending on campaign or schedule).
• Flexible live schedule (evenings or peak hours).
• Must have:
• Smartphone with good camera
• Stable internet connection
• Basic lighting setup (ring light preferred)
