Job Description
Job Description Customer Service Executive
- Build positive rapport with customers through friendly, prompt, and professional communication
- Follow up with interested or previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits
- Prepare monthly reports on inquiries, traffic, and customer conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and treatment teams to ensure campaigns and customer information are aligned and clearly communicated
- Efficiently manage customer appointments, including rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Responsible for maintaining strong, personalized relationships with VIP clients by offering consistent follow-ups, exclusive updates, and tailored support
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Malay & English (written and spoken)
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and CRM tools
- Strong client management and follow-up skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Sheets, online forms, and internal systems
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service or sales, familiar with aesthetic/beauty industry is a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
