Job Description
ey Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and call logs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communications to close sales.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,453.33 – RM2,800.00 per month
