Here is what the job entails
As our Internal Sales Advisor you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales processes from handling customer inquiries and processing quotations to ensuring timely order fulfillment and collection.
More specifically, you will be:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing product information and building relationships
- Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and tracking open quotes
- Coordinating order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics and communicating collection/delivery details to customers
- Ensuring order accuracy, compliance with policies and proactively resolving discrepancies and issues

With a direct reference to our Internal Sales & Administration Manager, you will become a part of our global Sales & Marketing unit. More specifically, you will join a collaborative team of 16 in the Kamstrup APAC office, where you will manage your tasks in close collaboration with colleagues in the sales team as well as with external partners such as distributors. We are a customer-centric organization and our success is measured by the success of our customers. We offer a professional work environment where you are valued as a person. You will become a vital part of a group that roots for your success as much as our own.

We are looking for an Internal Sales who strive to put the customer first. You achieve this through your proactive approach to problem solving and your eye for detail.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Bring 3+ years of experience within internal sales or sales support, ideally within technical or utility-related industries
- Are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and financial ERP systems (e.g., IFS), with strong MS Office skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal abilities
- Are customer-focused and bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
