What You Will Work On

Buyers and the Full Journey to Ownership

• Guide buyers through the purchase process with care and clarity
• Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, and timelines across banks and lawyers

Financing That Actually Works for People

• Build strong working relationships with bankers to support buyers on loan applications
• Understand affordability, approval processes, and loan structures

UrbanWave’s Financial Operations

• Support the processing and tracking of high-value payments on time
• Assist in automating payment workflows across multiple entities and multiple business models
• Coordinate details and required documents before release of funds

Homes That Are Meant to Be Lived In

• Manage home upcycling projects from purchase to transformation to sale
• Support the marketing of upcycled homes

About UrbanWave

UrbanWave is a home upcycling programme where we purchase, transform, and resell old, subsale, landed houses in prime neighbourhoods into modern, livable homes, while striving to maintain the original features of the house.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Mortgage and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for numbers, a genuine interest in sustainability and urban planning, and a knack for building relationships. You’ll be responsible for assisting our customers in obtaining financing for their home purchase and assisting in maintaining our internal financial processes. Everyone on the team is a project manager and this role is no different. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the transformation of houses from purchase to sale and gain invaluable experience in upcycling real estate.

The successful candidate will join an energetic, multi-faceted team where everyone gets their hands dirty and is unashamedly authentic.
