Job Summary:

The Client Service Executive cum Sales is responsible for managing existing client accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. This role combines client relationship management with sales development, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and service delivery skills to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage daily client communications, follow-ups, and service requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle client feedback, issues, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reports
  • Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Perform cold calls, follow-ups, and lead generation activities
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and business events

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with customer service orientation
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
