Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling and product recommendations
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a loyal client base
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand values
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Support promotional activities and new product launches
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or boutique environments preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a polished appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail
  • Attention to detail and visual presentation
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
