Job Description

We seek a General Admin to provide administrative and clerical support across departments. Duties include documentation, data entry, preparing orders/quotations/invoices, reconciliation, internal coordination and follow-ups, routing customer and supplier inquiries, filing company documents and contracts, arranging meetings and minutes, managing office supplies and basic logistics, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Open to full-time, internship or fresh graduates. Contract: 6 months. Salary: RM1,700–RM2,800/month. Mandarin preferred. Work location: in person.
