Job Description

We seek a 4PL Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee end-to-end logistics performance, ensure service quality, and coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring KPIs, resolving service issues, implementing process improvements, and leading a small delivery team.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in 4PL/3PL operations, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with TMS and reporting tools.
