Job Description
We’re hiring energetic, persuasive Part-Time Telesales Customer Retention Specialists for Business Edge Personnel Services in Glenmarie (on-site). You will call existing customers considering cancellation to listen to concerns, propose solutions or upgraded packages, present promotions and loyalty benefits, and retain subscriptions by ensuring each customer feels valued. This is a 6-month contract, part-time (no less than 20 hours/week), pay RM1,200–RM1,700/month. Requirements: SPM or Diploma (students welcome), no experience required, confident phone communicator, friendly, persuasive and customer-focused. Immediate start; training provided.
