Job Description

Full-time/Part-time Spa Receptionist. Duties: open/close per SOP, greet clients, handle calls and walk-ins, explain packages, book and manage appointments, schedule therapists, process cash/sales, promote packages and retail, resolve complaints, maintain reception and displays, manage stock/orders, report incidents and coordinate with Spa Manager. Pay RM1,327.15–RM2,346.34; min 30 hrs/week. Languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu. Work location: In person.
