Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Credit Control Executive to join our team at Klinik Mediviron Sdn Bhd (HQ). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s credit control activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing credit data and financial information to assess creditworthiness
- Assisting with credit risk assessment and determining appropriate credit limits
- Proactively contacting customers to manage outstanding balances and resolve payment issues
- Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
- Preparing accurate and detailed reports on credit control activities
- Collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless credit control processes
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. A solid understanding of accounting principles and credit control procedures is required.
