Job Description

Join Shopper360 as a Talent Acquisition Manager! In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries. Your responsibilities include building a robust candidate pipeline, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. You will also track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and mentor junior team members.

Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume environments. A background in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential.
