Job Description

Bookkeeping:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Invoice Processing:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients/vendors.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on cash balances.

Expense Tracking:

• Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses.
• Verify and process employee expense reports.

Data Entry and Filing:

• Ensure accurate data entry of financial information into the accounting system.
• Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance/accounting field.
