• Oversee daily operations and food preparation in accordance with company SOP.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable kitchen and dining area.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Train new staff and manage staff productivity.
• Conduct interviews for kitchen helper positions.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in F&B as a leader or supervisor.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
