Job Description

Industry: Recruitment & Staffing

Salary Range: RM200-RM2800

Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang

The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do:

  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Perform a variety of payroll processing activities (computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims, OT payments, payroll deductions and advanced payments).
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and records to the system.
  • Prepare payroll reports and submit to clients in a timely manager.
  • Maintain a high level of checking and reporting.

What you will bring:

  • Age Requirement: 22 to 28 years old.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 1 year of payroll experience.
  • Competence in using MS Office.
  • Mandarin speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
  • Possess at least a diploma qualification.
