Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a dedicated Technical Associate with over 1 year of experience in repairing iOS devices. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malay or Mandarin and conversant in English, showcasing effective interpersonal skills. A secondary education level (SPM, O-level, or equivalent) is required, along with a valid class B driving license.

Responsibilities include providing exemplary customer service during field visits, managing installation and repair tasks, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, and maintaining various devices. The role also involves handling cash and card transactions and issuing necessary documentation.
