Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Kapar Klang. The ideal candidate will perform retail staff payroll, including statutory deductions and benefits, calculate staff overtime and incentives, and liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN. Responsibilities also include monitoring staff leave and attendance, managing personnel files, updating job descriptions, and assisting in performance reviews.

Requirements include SPM or higher, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
