Job Description

X&Y Risk Management is seeking a hands-on, reliable Executive Business Operations Manager to support our fast-growing business operations. This position involves client servicing, project coordination, travel management, and digital initiatives, providing excellent career exposure and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director with daily business activities and scheduling.
Manage client interactions and insurance claims.
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and festive arrangements.
Support IT projects and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher in any field.
Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Basic computer skills are required.
