Job Description

Join our team at AJS Maju Services Sdn. Bhd. as a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer. You will manage the complete recruitment process, from creating job ads to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Screen and shortlist applicants.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00/month
